What We are Learning: 

7th Grade: Students have been learning how to read symbols on weather maps such as fronts, isobars, and areas of high and low pressure. Next week they will learn more about how to read weather maps in order to give a weather report.  

 

8th Grade: Students have been learning about earthquakes and how to read a seismogram and use triangulation to find the epicenter of an earthquake. Next week they will learn about tsunamis. 

 

Psychology: Students have been learning about somatoform disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Next week they will learn about personality disorders.   

 

Forensics: Students have been learning about sentences and appeals. Next week they will take their test on the unit and begin a unit about reading body language.
